I am unable to start playback from the Sonos app, just getting ‘Unable to play … unable to connect to plex’ messages. My server runs on a netgear nas (plexmediaserver-annapurna_1.21.2.3939-3945797bd_armel.deb)
However, I can start playback on my Sonos from the Plex web app or my mobile phone app. When playback has started, I can navigate in the plex playlist with forward and backward buttons (and pause/play).
The only thing that does not work is starting playback by browsing the music through the sonos app. (Sonos version 12.2.2 (build 61183220) ).
Sonos device is connected with cable to the same subnet as the NAS.
Any suggestions on what could be wrong?
