Sonos - Plex app not showing my media

I know I can play Plex through Sonos by casting it, previously I was able to access my own music via the Plex “app” in Sonos now all that is available is

I would prefer to do this as it would mean all my stored songs are available in 1 place

I do not need or in reality want to access Plex not at home so the NAS is on nearby not the web does it need to be when all items are on the same local network ?

Seems mad but NAS has to be on the web not just LAN as the Sonos app is cloud based.

I am also having this issue. I am using a Shield TV for the PMS and it says it is “Fully accessible outside your network” but I still not see my Plex music. I only what is in the screenshot above?
