Sonos

Since the update two days ago, I have been unable to stream Plex from my Sonos Play:1.

The message is as follows: No Plex Media Server available.

NAT Hairpinning is enabled and the system was fully functional for several months up until two days ago.

Hi everyone so I have got the same issue that is described here. I have tried resetting my Play5 - Remove media service - deleted app - tried a brand new device with Sonos app however no matter what I do I always get the message stating Plex server is unavailable.

PLEX Server - Version 1.9.7.4460
Sonos apps MAC version 8.5.1 build 42252113 / IOS 8.5.2 build 42252170

My Plex server is reachable from the outside work. Tested by listening to the music and watching video over 4G via the Plex web app. All stream without any issues.

Can someone offer any assistance or information to aid in fixing this issue?

I just had it working reliably, and now after the last few updates, Sonos has stopped working with Plex again.
