Plex Server - 1.9.7.4460:: Can view remotely on all media (videos/music)

So i have used Plex music libraries on my Play 5 in the past however either since the last or previous update to either Sonos and/or Plex all i get now is “Server is unavailable”
I have tried multiple mobile devices (android/IOS). Tried desktop Sonos app also. I’ve reset controller, reset Play 5, deleted the app, wiped device retried and all approaches still end with the same result.
Is this a bug that is being looked at/fixed OR is there something i can do to fix?
