Sony Bravia TV not playing my content via Plex app

I just bought a Sony Bravia TV, and installed the Plex app.
The app loads just fine and displays all of my content (currently stored on a NAS with DSM 7.0).
However, when attempting to play one of my movies/shows (or even a trailer), I get an playback error.
I can confirm that I am able to play the same content on Roku, PC (windows), Android phone, and XBox One platforms.

The TV is connected via ethernet cable to my main router.

I see some other threads started, but no solution in sight. anyone have any additional ideas or updates?

Disregard for now, I was able to move forward by removing any pre-rolls (maybe the link needs to be refreshed).
