Sony TV HX9096 Dolby Vision playback strange situation

I have some very extrange situation while playing some mkvs supposed to have the same video stream. The file #1 plays fine, TV recognize the dolby vision stuff, etc. and everything is correct. But with file #2 TV doesn’t recognize the dolby vision.

I have the same problem with another movie file with same Dolby Vision profile / level that has the same problem of dolby vision not being recognized by the TV.

Is there any way to try to figure out what’s going on ?
