i am on windows and i did not find any way to sort my photo/video library by file date. plex will display first all photos of my trip then at the very end will display all the videos. i wish to display photo and video sorted at the same date so i will note have to scroll each time at the bottom to see vidéo related to the photo i was watching. in this library i have more than 1000 items of photo and video of my trip.

There is not sort by file date because we don’t store that info. You can use “date taken”. It should sort videos and photos correctly. However, based on your description it sound like maybe your videos don’t have the correct date and maybe have a more recent date so they are added at the end.
Hello thanks but this option is only available directly at the root of library. it is not available in the subdirectery inside the library. I have to declare my subdirectory directly as a library to have the option
Hmm. The filter should persist as you view a folder. Let me check.
