Is there an option to view movies sorted by filename instead of title ?
If not, will it be added ?

No there isn't an option for that when the Library is set to Movie or TV Show.
Plex expects that your file names will match the film/tv-show name anyways so there really isn't a need for it.
If you want to view by file name then create a "Home Movie" library and use the "by folder" view - you are then browsing by file names and not matched metadata.
The problem is some movies like Harry Potter, James Bond, StarWars, Rambo and many more are not put in the right order when sorted by title.
Furthermore some titles get translated and I find it hard to search my movies.
The "by folder" view is a solution but I would have to first click on the folder then the movie (2 mouse click instead of 1). I know it's silly but we do use Plex mainly to get things the easiest possible way don't we ?
Sorry I don't know much about coding software but such feature (sort by filename) would be to difficult or time consuming to add ?

you can modify the "sort by" field of the movie to get them to display in the order you want
