I couldn’t find the help section.
Anyway my problem is easy to understand… some of my mp3 files play but they dont send any sound.
Any idea what is going wrong?
Can you help me to understand whats wrong with this file or plex?
I thought plex would deal with all the encodings stuff

It might help if you told which Plex client type you are using.
But most likely it is simply too low a quality. 22kHz sample rate and just 64 kbps and mono won’t be compatible with all devices.
client or server? client i try both browser on chrome(2 diff pcs) and desktop app for pc. server is the latest for unix (nas)
