A mention of the client you are using and your audio setup would be helpful. This can range anywhere from an unsupported codec by the client being transcoded, to bad audio in the media, to who knows what with your audio system.

Sorry. Its about. Does Plex has a sound-quality-issue in general ? If not. It must be something about my own system. Thanks :slight_smile:

Plex plays your audio as you give it. It only converts it to a format your player can accept if your player can’t natively play what you give it.
If the quality of the files is marginal, Plex can’t improve that.

I wish you would be more specific in your questions. I have a problem with “Does Plex work?” questions out of context because there is nothing actionable on my end.

Ok thanks. I was just wondering if plex was the problem. Its not. Its somewhere in my own audio system. I am new here. I will be more specific next time :slight_smile: .
