Anyone have trouble accessing plex using spectrum?

I moved my plex sever to my buddies house a few miles down the road who has ATT fiber 1G/1G a few months ago. Up until two days ago I have having 0 issues. Two days ago I was no longer able to steam media. Did not matter on the quality it would stop every 1-2 seconds and buffer. I did a speed test and was getting 350/25 at my house. After some testing video plays fine over cellular full quality. Also using a VPN it works without issues. Temporary fix I have found is to route all my plex traffic using untangle via tunnelvpn to nordvpn. Using nord seems to resolve all my issues. I was wondering if anyone else has an into issues

Edit: issue is on every device, wired nvidia shield, wired desktop, roku,firestick and cell phone on wireless. Also none of the other users are having issues that use my server. I think I’m the only user that connects to my server who has spectrum.

Yes, I have issues with spectrum also. Since using VPN I do not have my internet randomly “shut off” or throttled so long as I use USA servers.

I do get lower quality videos though but that’s expected when using VPN for anything.

Same issue here. Recently moved and only option was Spectrum. Movies either don’t load or buffer every couple of seconds, on all devices. Cellular network works fine and internet Speedtest seems fine. Any idea how to fix this for devices such as chromcast or Roku.
