Hi, i have a qnap TS-453A with Plex server install with Version 1.12.1.4885. Since the last update a couple days ago, i cant see the media with the .srt files stored in the movie folder or the open subtitle agent neither.
I’m i basic user, just installed and use it… no personalization has been done to it.
please advice what trouble shooting should i realize to find the problem.

Install Sub-Zero (it’s a standard plug-in) and use it instead of OpenSubtitles. Linux platforms require .srt files in UTF-8 and Sub-Zero, besides assuring this, searches more subtitle sources than OpenSubtitles.
