SRT subtitles not working on Hisense TV after client update (PROBLEM SOLVED)

TV model: Hisense 43A56ENVT
TV system software: VIDAA U4

Plex for VIDAA could not display SRT subtitles with direct play & direct stream enabled after version 5.44.6

SRT subtitles will only be displayed if I switch off both direct play & direct stream & force transcoding during playback. Until now after many updates, Plex for VIDAA still could not render SRT subtitles with direct stream.

There is no problem rendering SRT subtitles with version 5.44.3 or lower.

Please fix this issue so that I don’t have to force transcoding just to display SRT subtitles with Plex.

SRT subtitles still cannot render with direct play & direct stream enabled after Plex for VIDAA was updated to 5.45.3.

SRT subtitles will only render by turning off both direct play & direct stream with forced transcoding. I have updated my first post about this issue.

Please fix this issue. The app was working perfectly before during version 5.44.3 or lower.

The problem has been solved. Something in advanced settings was blocking the rendering of SRT subtitles. Once I changed it, subtitles were working again.
