The server’s certificate is perfectly OK. Windows server (please confirm that’s what you’re running?) is happy with it.

What is the device that tried to access it ? Whatever that device is where the SSL problem seems to be coming from.
I figured out what that cert error I highlighted is, it is just my network monitoring checking the https server. I still can’t get remote access working though, did you see any other errors in there? When I tell it to re-connect it show green for maybe 10 seconds and then goes back to disconnected. I am testing the remote access with the client on my phone over the cell network.
Hi, i have the “same” trouble on my plex server @ChuckPa
Actualy i have the error “DEBUG - CERT : Incomplete TLS Handshake from 192.168.1.92:49376: stream truncated”.
My ipad with the plex app is the only one that can’t connect on my server. It’s notice “Server offline”.
Any help?
Thank u !
Been having similar issues since yesterday, server keeps going offline and shared users cant stream. Think it may be related, attached logs just in case its something else.Plex Media Server Logs_2021-10-18_20-10-33.zip (6.4 MB)
Be very grateful for any help.
There haven’t been any changes to the hardware per se.
I don’t believe there has been any firmware update to my AT&T modem/router (Arris BGW210-700) in ages. I don’t see any mention of DNS-rebinding in the interface (then again I’d never heard of DNS-rebinding before). I tried to run a manual firmware update but it failed with little explanation (as it has every time since I got it in 2018).
There have been firmware updates lately for my WiFi router…Netgear Nighthawk R8000P (I disable the WiFi on my modem/router) and my Sonos system which runs off the WiFi. There’s a netgear Arlo security camera on the WiFi also.
Other than that there’s a Linksys switch in the living room that handles the LG TV, AT&T Uverse Cable Box and AppleTV box.
There’s a TP Link switch in the office that handles the Drobo/Plex server on 2 bound ports, printer, Philips Hue hub with associated lights and an old Macbook. And another Netgear switch in the office that handles the iMac Pro and MacBook Pro (which runs through a VPN most of the time). The various switches and the WiFi router all connect (spoke style) to the AT&T modem/router.
The Drobo Plex server is still running version 1.21.2.3943 because Drobo hasn’t issued an update since January and I’ve been unable to successfully update it manually as described in my earlier linked post.
On the modem/router side I’ve got a fixed IP allocation for the Drobo and a 32400 port set up for Plex remote access.
I am having similar issues to the ones mentioned above and am getting several SSL related errors such as
“CERT: incomplete TLS handshake from […]:52646: sslv3 alert certificate unknown”
I can connect from web and my phone only my TV seems to be having issues and this only happened starting from today (its been running for a few months without issues).
Can you kindly look into my certificate maybe it needs reseting please? Thanks.
The database is fragmented to heck or the machine is overloaded.
I suggest optimizing the database first. That doesn’t look like a slow intel IIRC

Hi again @ChuckPa , and thanks for your help. Sadly, it didn’t seem to do anything as I’m still unable to access Plex through the web. Also I am not able to access it through the smartphone app now.
Is it simply connected to WD not wanting to update Plex for the My Cloud Home or do you have any other suggestions on what to try next?
Since optimization this morning everything back to normal. I’d done a few over the days but that one did the trick it seems. I went back to most current version too after as id rolled back a few versions on Sunday. Appreciate the support ChuckPa and go raibh maith agat from me and my friends here in Ireland.
