just found that its working after the night passed. Sync still doesnt work, the server will convert files, but never actually upload them to my device.
Do you have old sync jobs that failed that are still in your list? If one of these is stuck, it can prevent the rest from continuing. Try deleting all jobs, then sync 1 item.
If it gets stuck again, get me the logs from the app and PMS.
I’ve started fresh multiple times, zero syncs to start. Then added one item to sync. I’ve also tried this with multiple other items in case the one item i picked was a bad file or something. Turning on debug logging for the plex server, as for the android app, is there a way to gather logs from it?

I just looked at your server log you provided. Are you using your own custom certificate? It appears that it’s not working. That could be stopping Sync from working. Try reverting back to the certificate provided by Plex.
If I’m using a custom certificate, I’m not aware of it. How do I revert?

But your earlier screenshots show they are blank. So I’m not sure why the certificate wasn’t working for you. Are you running this in a Windows VM?
I dont have any values in there… this isn’t in a vm, its on hardware, Windows Server 2016. SSL seems to be working at the moment. Here’s the debug log from an android.

There is something going on with your server, but I haven’t been able to identify what. Still investigating.
Can you try syncing a podcast? That doesn’t go through your server so it should help confirm if there is a problem with sync or your server.
