Stall/deadlocking when streaming from local Plex Media Server (XigmaNAS)

Server Version#: plexmediaserver-1.40.4.8679 Plex Media Server component
Player Version#: Version 4.135.2

Plex Server frequently goes down fully (along with XigmaNAS box it’s hosted on) when streaming over the web app. Bandwidth is more than sufficient and most of my media files are 720p-1080p. Debug log bundle is attached. Let me know if you need any more information.
