"Start Watching" section on Home screen

I started watching a show that was displayed in Start Watching. After watching 2 episodes it is still in the Start Watching section of the Home screen. If I click the Start Watching playlist it is correct and does not display that show. How do I get it removed from the Home screen? I’ve restarted and refreshed with no change.

You are not alone - I get the same happen though I noticed its not with every new show.
