I’ve been informed by Plex staff that roll-outs for the Android Plex with podcasts is complete, but I’m still not able to see a version 7. The forum thread with regards to this has apparently been abandoned by support, so I figured I’d post here to see if any other users are still having this issue. If you have a resolution, please share it as, to the best of my knowledge, I am not the only paying user having these issues. Thanks in advance.
Which app store did you use to install the plex app previously? Is it perhaps a now-defunct one?
Have you tried to completely wipe the app from your phone, then reboot and install fresh from the app store (which should now offer the updated version)?
With Plex Pass, you could always download the .apk file and sideload the app.
