I’m still having issues with the Plex app and on my magnavox/Roku tv. This problem has been going on for about a week. The Plex app on my phone and tv will start to load, then I will choose a movie, tv show or live tv. It will play about 5 minutes and then the ads start playing and it gets half way then a black screen appears, then it crashes and I try it again with same results. I have deleted both of them and reinstalled them and still have this problem. Obviously there is no tech support for this freaking app or for the app on tv. I’m thinking about making a formal complaint with the fcc dealing with this and the lack of tech support. Since no one has any ideas on how to fix this and there no tech support, I definitely would not recommend this app to anyone because it’s a bunch of crap and a waste of time and energy dealing the constant problems with it.
