Before Christmas I moved back to PlexAmp as there was once again a version that work on the Raspberry Pi - and I’m happy to say it works very well.
When I initially set it up I configured is so that when the selected album finishes it stops - and that worked perfectly.
Now, despite no setting changes it has gone back to choosing random track, sometimes entire albums to play when the current album finishes and I was to stop it.
From the two attached files you can see the configuration, yet it still has chosen to find something else to play when this album finishes.
But it’s not a play list, I chose an album, it decides to stick something it considers related on to play when that album finishes, sometimes single tracks occasionally whole albums
If you swipe left or right on the pill at the bottom of your queue, you can control what will play next (another album by the artist, an artist radio, library radio, or nothing at all).
on any mp3 player if I listen to a song even just one piece, the next time the playback is reset and the song starts again. in plex a song remains halfway and you listen to the song that ends. if you then find tracks that have already been played, these are continuously skipped because they are marked as played. a bother!!!
@tomsimmons the “enable autoplay” setting in your screenshot is for the local player (your phone, e.g.) that you’re using to control the headless player.
To change the setting on your Pi, navigate to the web UI and change the settings there. The web UI can be accessed via http://{device IP}:32500.
