Stops displaying subtitle

Been using Plex for over 8 years now and this week my subtitles have stopped showing after a few seconds, something like 5 to 30 seconds only. If I close and reopen the reproduction or if I change the subtitle fiel to none and back again it displays again for a few seconds, only to turn off again.

Tried using the web player in both chrome and firefox and the issue happens in both. Attached a non verbose log file that takes from the moment I turned it on, opened an episode and watched until the subtitle stopped displaying, then stopped reproduction and saved log file.

I am getting this as well. The subtitles will display for a little while, maybe 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, and then they just stop.

If I stop and restart the video, the subtitles show back up

23 Days and nothing from the support team though? That’s good…

I am having the same issue. I can change subtitles, and they show again for a short while, but then stops showing again.

Same issue for the past 2 months, really annoying.

Edit: As of July 9th, it seems to have been resolved, for me at least.

That is great! I am glad to have it fixed and for the effort to make it work. I will install the experimental build and test it out.
