So i had a strange problem now for the second time. Both times with multi language cartoons.
First one is The Secret Life of Pets.
It plays fine on all our devices but not the Xbox One S. It starts with Danish selected but it plays in English. When i select English it plays Danish. 2 time in the movie the audio stopped all together. It works fine on all the other devices. And Danish is Danish, English is English.
second movie is The BFG
Startet the movie on phone, casted it to chromecast. startet with danish audio, no subtitles. as it should.
Stopped the movie, when to other TV with Xbox One S, resumed the movie. Now i played it with Swedish audio and Danish subtitles.
When to change the audio i see its already on danish, changed it to Swedish, it kept playing Swedish. Chanced it to Norwegian, now i played Norwegian. Chanced it back to Danish now it was Danish again.
Then i set the subtitles to none, now it played Swedish again. even though its still on Danish. Turned back the subtitles and again danish. If i turn it to english audio with none subtitles, its Danish with no subtitles. After a while it turned back to being English. Trying to change it again made it say Playback error, there was a problem playing this item.
What can trigger this behavior on the Xbox one, every other device is working fine, including, Samsung TV, iPhone, iPad, webbrowser, Chromecast and HTPC.
