Strange issue with Matching music

I have run across a strange issue(Bug?) when trying to “Match” my music.
If I click the three dots on an album to “Match” the media, the choice is not there.
But if I click the “Edit” option and review the information first, then close that and select the three dots again, the “Match” option is now available.

Plex Web: Version 3.11.0 (Firefox)
PMS: Version 1.7.5.4035-313f93718
Why would this be happening? Is this a bug of some kind?

First image missing “Match” option.

Second image going to “Edit” screen.

Third Image “Match” option now available.

Don’t expect the ‘Match’ option to be available on this screen.
click on the album name
or on the upper right area of the album cover
then select ‘match/Fix Match’ from the ellipsis [ . . . ] menu instead

Why should I not “Expect” it on this screen?
It’s an available option. And I can reproduce this event for every album on this screen.
Why would it be available only after selecting Edit first?

If its not supposed to be available, then it should not be available at all. Even after selecting Edit.

For performance reasons when this page is generated in the server, some properties of the items are not extracted from the database.
Among these is the information whether this item is alread matched or not.
Therefore the link cannot get displayed at first because it is not known whether to show ‘Match’ vs. ‘Fix Match’.

When you now click on ‘edit’, a lot more data about this one item are queried from the database. Then it is possible to display the link.

Interesting. Now that makes more sense.
Thank you!

I dont get the “For Performance Reasons”. Why is this not a configurable option for us, who may have servers who can handle a lot more workload, to trigger or not trigger this? Its one of the most annoying things
