Happens for all players- PMS suddenly stopped playing movies due to error “unknown metadata type” in log along with a “Playback error-and error occurred loading items to play”- in the player. Keep in mind the movie worked fine 2 days ago. I tried every solution I could find, I even wiped the PMS and app from my windows machine and deleted directories and Reg keys. The only solution I have found is to un-match the movie, play it (it will play after unmatching), and then match it again.
Its not all Movies, just some, and no TV files are affected.
