Chromecast casting not working; just buffering forever

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2793
Player Version#: 4.30.2

Since update 1.19.3.2764 I have been unable to cast to my Chromecast devices. They just buffer forever. I am not having this issue with the web players or the mobile apps, but I mainly use Plex with my Chromecast devices so this is a very frustrating issue.
