Hello, I am very new to Plex. Almost a month ago, I discovered that I could load the Plex app onto a wdmycloudex4100 and stream to a plex app on a samsung tv. Heaven, this is great. After a week of watching whatever I wanted, I had to leave for about a week and upon return the ability to stream has all disappeared. On my pc, and from my nas, it appears to look like it is connected but won’t play files that were even previously viewed. While on the Samsung tv plex app the nas server is disconnected and will not cooperate to reconnect. I have been in and out of the menus on both the tv and the server but cannot understand why streaming has stopped. Not sure if I accidently hit a magic button or what. Any aid would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance, JIM
