Streaming on Android using cellular not working

Server Version#: 1.28.0.5999
Player Version#: 9.6.0.34226
Android Version#: Oxygen OS 11.0.9.1 on OnePlus 7T

Works fine over WiFi locally and remotely but fails when using Android + cellular.
Also tested using iOS on iPad and it works seamlessly on cellular for the same server.
