Unable to connect to PMS from iPhone using PlaxAmp over Cellular

Yesterday I attempted to connect to my Plex server over cellular using Plexamp and my iPhone. I have attempted to connect many times yesterday and today, and it fails every time using a cellular connection. I am able to connect using WiFi on my local network.

I have been able to connect using cellular data in the past (i.e., earlier this year).

I have attached a log file from today, as well as a screen capture of my current Plexamp phone settings:
