Streaming through Chromecast stops when opening the Plex app

Server Version#: Latest Plex version on UNRAID
Player Version#: Chromecast and NVIDIA SHIELD

When I am casting my local music through Plex or even casting from my Spotify app, the music plays flawlessly.

When I open my plex app after a while, the music playback stops on my device and I have to recast to my device and start the music again.

Is this a bug ? or by design.
