Hi. Wife signed up with Plex and then deleted the account. She needs an account for the Plex app on her iPad. The login system says that her email is in use so she can’t sign up again nor can she login. Tried this from the app and from Plex.tv. How can I fix this? Thanks.
When the account was deleted, we did sent an email with recovery instructions
