Hello,
I have a “ghost” server entry named SYN-IPC2 that I cannot remove from my account.
I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps:
- I have checked my Authorized Devices list multiple times. The
SYN-IPC2server is not listed there, so I cannot remove it manually. - I have cleared all browser data, including cookies, cache, and local storage, on multiple browsers.
- I have confirmed this is not a local network discovery (GDM) issue. The ghost server entry still appears when I log into my Plex account from a smartphone using only its mobile data connection, completely separate from my home network.
It seems the server is stuck to my account on the backend. Could a member of the Plex staff please investigate and manually remove this entry from my account database?
