Check the version in the app settings or in your list of Authorized Devices.
The version in the store is just a basic loader, not the full version. When you launch the app it checks with an online server and downloads the current version.
You can follow the announcement thread to be notified when a new version is released. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and change Normal to Watching.
