I have been having issues with playback for the last few weeks. The issue that I am having is constant stuttering at the beginning of a show. The only way that I have been able to get it to stop is to change the quality to a very low setting (4mbps 720p). The setup that I have is a standalone linux server running Ubuntu 18.04. The computer has two Xeon 5620 cpus. With 16GB ram. Any advice would be great, I am at a loss. I have looked at the server logs, and the speed shows numbers in the 20’s.
