I’m wondering if there is a way to sub-categorize or group items in a library in order to get at certain items faster.
Best example is being able to group some of the TV shows. Perhaps shows that I watch vs shows my wife watches or shows we both watch or current shows vs older shows. But, still keep all the shows in the same library.
I guess mostly I just don’t want to have to create multiple folders in the file system to record shows to based on these groupings. I’d rather let Plex record all shows into one folder/library without having to manually sort them into categorized folders later.
Is the best way to accomplish this just to create multiple libraries/folders and then have the DVR place the recordings into specified libraries?
