Hi Plex,
Could you please advice me why is the server transcoding 4K movies to 1080p as my player “Roku Ultra” and Projector (VAVA) is 4K HDR. Sometimes when i change the subtitles to none and it will play 4K direct but not all the movie. Could some advice me why this is happening?
I also have notice when i turn the Sub on the server will transcode the video to 1080p.
once i turn Sub off the video in direct play. regards to audio its ok to transcode to AC3 5.1 from TrueHD 7.1. Its bizarre how the Sub has issue not only on the 4K, its also on 1080p Movies.
