Okay so I downloaded some episodes for offline viewing, not because I would be offline, but because I was having buffering issues.
It didn’t automatically grab the external SRT, or the embedded PGS, I also tried to uploading subtitles, and pulling them from opensubs and no matter what I do, no subtitles.
Can you get the android logs that include when it started the download?
I will send those momentarily. Now, The first time I was asked for asked for Android logs and server logs, I put them directly in the thread, and the moderator immediately deleted one of them for containing personal information, and told me to send it as a direct message instead. At least, I think that’s what happened.
But now, I’m sometimes advised to just put the logs in the thread rather than direct messaging them. What’s that all about?
You can do whichever you are comfortable as far as I am concerned. Just be aware your email and things like your IP address are in the logs. If you are concerned about that you are welcome to message them. though i only asked for android logs the server logs would be useful too.
Ok so new problem. Now it’s acting like it’s downloading, but it’s not. The progress circle fills up real quick but if I turn off the internet and try to watch it, there’s nothing. I’ll send logs for that now
You are trying to watch from the downloads source correct?
Yeah, and now I can’t reproduce either bug. This was two months ago so I can’t remember even what show it was
