Though I imagine I'm in a minority, one thing I'd like is a bit more control of subtitle fonts when it comes to soft subs. Sure we can set general sizes now, but I'd like to be able to choose a font rather than just be stuck with whatever one the Plex team chose. Though I guess even better would be support for the embedded font files that are inside MKV files.
