Hi, since the new os16 update I’m having subtitle issues. Can’t download any new subtitles. Sometimes subtitles won’t play.
And really strange is that sometimes if I select Dutch or some other language the subtitles will play, but not English. This could be because English is first on the list under the subtitle drop down, or more likely because the audio is already in English.
If I have English subtitles selected, and a character on a show speaks in Spanish the translation will will appear in English at the bottom, there’s just no English close captioning.
So, to sum up it appears I cannot download new subtitles, and there’s an issue with close captions.
I’m using the latest Plex server.
