Having a different issue since updating to Apple TV os16. Problem with subtitles. Some will turn on, some won’t, some work in other languages but not English, and downloading new subs won’t work at all.
Anyone else having this problem. Regret having my Apple TV set to auto updates. Everything was completely stable before.

Will need specifics about the types of files and subtitles you are using to try to reproduce.
Thanks for your response. After fooling with it for awhile the main problem seems I can no longer download subtitles. If my files already contain subtitles, it’s ok. But if the file has no subtitles, and hit “more” and try to download subtitles, no luck.
I 100% believe this is not a Plex issue but an Apple TV os16 issue
so the search did find them in results but they will not download?
Exactly. I can try for a screenshot if you like, but usually it either says words to the effect of “error cannot be downloaded” or it just spins indefinitely. 100% failure rate.
