Hello, I just would like to inform troubles with subtitles disapearing after a few minutes of playback. Sometimes they come back, sometimes they don’t. I’m having this issue on Plex App with Chromecast and Web App.

Yeah this issue has been reported to the developers and they are aware.
As a temporary workaround you can try to change the app’s Burn Subtitles setting to “Always” until things get resolved.
They might be aware, but they are not taking the issue serious … 2.5 month of nothingness.

Are you kidding, lol. There is no way in hell this would be resolved in a timely manner. Besides, Plex Inc has a knack for releasing updates that include fixes for multiple issues. So it’s up to us to fill them up with bug. Damn, that sounds disgustingly dirty.
