I recently moved, so there was about a six month period where I was removed from my server. Prior to moving, any media I uploaded (movies or TV shows) would automatically allow subtitles as an option to show, or not. But, since I’ve been back to regular use (about a month now), I can’t get any subtitles as options.
Has there been an update to the process. I searched and feel like I followed the correct steps (but obviously not, since it still doesn’t work).
Any help would be much appreciated.
