Subtitle make transcoding on

Hi,

I have actually some issues concerning subtitle management on the plex. Actually, when subtitiles is ON, my plex server start to transcode the movie, while for the same movie, when subtitile is off, it’s not transcode the movie (here a screen that explain it: https://ibb.co/nf9HxF3).

Problem, is that my nas is not so powerfull, and it was a bit slow when transcoding is on. So, I search a solution for bypass transcode. So:

1- Do you know if it was a software that make subtitles more compatible with plex ?
2- Is it a option in plex for manage better subtitles without transcode ?
