Subtitle offset does not persist

Tested on Web 4.53.0 on PC Chrome, and on Android TV 8.13.2.23227 on SHIELD.

  1. Play a movie with external SRT en subtitle
  2. Note the subtitle offset you see with a stopwatch, and adjust accordingly (in tiny -50/+50ms increments); I tested with large offsets of ~10000ms.
  3. Note how it adjusts in realtime in the web client and sync up the subtitles
  4. Close the web video player or otherwise stop playback
  5. Resume that same movie
  6. BUG: notice how the subtitles are audibly offset again, the same as in step 2
  7. BUG: open the subtitle offset panel and notice how it displays the same offset from step 3.
  8. Repeat from 2 over and over, and the displayed offset just keeps growing while the audible offset resets when playback is stopped.
