I have the issue that when I search and download subtitles of a film or series on Samsung TV app, most of the time the offset is correct or I can adjust it - but since few weeks/months, the offset is changing during playback. That means I usually have du adjust the subtitle offset of about 1.5 seconds per 15minutes film. That’s really annoying…
Any suggestions or is this a bug?

Which model Samsung tv do you have? The app should be up to 5.80 now.
Does it only happen with subtitles you got via the subtitle search? does it happen with embedded ones or SRTs that you added next to the video file

But according to the TV app manager the version 5.64.1 is up to date:
The crucial question is: does this only happen when you use the Samsung TV to watch this particular video? Or does it also happen in the same way when you use an other type of Plex client, like the Plex web app?
If the latter, you simply have an unsuitable subtitle, which is intended for a different version of the title.
sure, I just checked with Plex Web and it also seems to change the offset, but maybe not as much.
