Downloading subtitles does not work. I can somehow force it to work by clicking many tens of times on Retry button in phone app, but otherwise it does not budge. My impression is that opensubtitlesis feeding error response to Plex intermediate server (btw, why is plex not downloading directly from opensubtitles, but through your server?).
Looking at log files, two things are apparent, but not helpful enough for good conclusion.
- Failed attempts have missing line that says “Subtitle: saved sub of xxxxx bytes to blob db”
- Failed attempts have similar subtitle size logged (41xxx bytes), and success downloads have different size

Not being able to contact support through the site is awful. Also, this trickery that subtitle does not go from my Plex server to opensubtitles.org but to plex.tv is really despicable. I can only imagine that this problem is some row between Plex and opensubtitles.org where they have to slow you down from hammering their site.
This has been happening for at least a year, so it’s not about some particular release.
