i use open subtitles and it says failed to download subtitle ive tried restarting server, re inputting my user and pass in the agents setting , restating pc ect anyone know a fix or if there is an issue going on at the moment ? thanks guys ,ross edit; ive come to learn of the ui change so is what im experiencing at the moment the same for most people ? thanks again

same issue, it’s been maybe a week or so. I go to a video, under subtitle I select search. It finds several subtitles but when I attempt to select any of them I get a message “Failed to download subtitle.” This use to work but last week when I tried to do this on a player I got the message. The I tried to do it on the server and got the same message. I’ve restarted my computer, the plex server, reinstalled the plex server. Nothing seems to fix the issue.

thanks for reply for me it started playing up for me only today just suddenly , and opensubtitles itself is online so its something plex staff may hopefully know a fix and reply

If this is the problem you have be patient, Plex only had until now one year to fix their software, maybe in two or three years they will do it. Maybe not.
No idea what changed. that I know of there was no plex server update and I didn’t change any of my settings but this afternoon the download of searched for subtitles seems to be working again. Plex server Version 1.32.6.7468
perhaps something was fixed on the opensubtitles end?
