Hello, while watching a series I have French subtitled in PGS but on the Nvidia Shield pro, although it is selected, they are not displayed while it is displayed everywhere else (plex web, the app on pc and on mobiles) where could the problem arise?n on verbose logging>

H.264 level5.0 might be too high for the Shield.
So the server needs to burn this subtitle in.
What kind of server do you use and is transcoding disabled on it?
What is set in the preferences of the Plex app on the shield regarding “Subtitle burning”?
what do you mean “kind of server” ?
i checked the sheild and it seems that the default limiter is H264 5.2 , don’t know if it’s higher t’en the media file ?
and by burning subtitle you mean the incrustation ?
Okay i change the overlay subtitle from automatic to always and the subtitles are displaying now ! thanks for your help !
