Just recently moved to the Shield (non-Pro edition) and so far I’m very happy with the experience.
Only one big issue I have noticed with Plex: subtitles (srt) are rendered way too high in the picture.
Is there any way to fix this? (Shield has pretty good subtitle options, but nothing about placement)

I vote for this option, subtitle position is way too up…
Is there any way to change colour of the subtitles? There are to bright. I would like to dim subtitles, to be less bright, more grey…
I vote for this option too. There were a number of topics like this one over the years but it seams Plex developers just don’t think subtitles are important. This is the main reason I switched to Emby. I still love the look of Plex more and have subscription for both products and visit this form regularly and hope one day they may just fix this.
Need them lower and outside the black bars given anamorphic setup
The best option is to have it configurable so user can decide how they want subtitles to be displayed. Currently they show almost in the middle of the screen.
