Subtitle problem on Apple TV

Hi,

I have strange issue with subtitle.

I have appleTV 4K. When I watch movie, at the begining subtitle is fine. However, some point subtitle disappeared. Whatever ı do subtitle did not come back, until I quit from plex and re open again. After reopen, I continue to the movie, where I stopped, without any subtitle problem.

Do you have any idea what can be the reason?
