Subtitle recognition problem

Player Version#: 9.7.0.34811 (e3f8b122) NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV Pro

Preferred subtitles are in Korean.
When I press play, it is confirmed that Korean is selected, but the subtitles do not appear.

If you select another language and select Korean again, the subtitles will appear.

Please check.
